depicts a young lady's darlin', along with a likewise appealing
hunk giving her Cherokee a bath.

Vargas pose graces this beautiful horeshide jacket, commssioned by
a longtime US veteran and Minuteman member |

| 'Old Crow', this handsome
horsehide flight jacket from US Authentic is a great canvas for a
tribute to C.A. 'Bud' Anderson, flying his fearsome P-51D with the
357th FG, 8th AF, and completed 116 missions with 16.25 kills. |

'Gray Lady' (right)-This
is a re-creation of artwork worn by a B-17 and her crew of the 8th
AF, WWII.

' El Lobo II' (right)-
A knowledgeable 8th Air Force historian (who also knows quite a
bit about flight jackets!) ordered this striking design, originally
worn by Richard e. Fitzhugh, pilot of a B-17 of the 748th BS, 457th
BG, WWII. Capt. Fitzhugh flew over 100 missions, including piloting
such memorable passengers as England's Prime Minister Winston Churchill.
Also included with this jacket artwork was the squadron's unit
patch (not shown).

'Panama Canal Pilot's Playmate'' (right)- A sea
captain, retired Air Force and Vietnam veteran recently had us doll
up the G-1 he wore during his tours in Vietnam with this lovely
lady. Noted on his jacket (painted while he was overseas) are names
of places he served and fought in during his military career.

| 'Flattop'' (right)- Walt Disney Studios
designed over 1,200 squadron and unit insignias during WWII, including
this for an L-4 'Grasshopper' observation squadron. We'll also be
putting this design, including the owner's call sign 'Flattop' on
the engine cowling of his restored L-4F. |

'Key West Princess'' (right)- Lets
hear it for Parrotheads! This retired Air Force and Charter pilot
treated himself to a successful open heart surgery and an A-2 flight
jacket with this catchy design that includes his favorite airplane
and a pretty pirate (see detail, below). Margaritaville, anyone?

| 'Cock o the Walk'' (right)- This beautiful
design on a Cooper A-2 graced the side of a 8th AF, 388 BG B-17, lost
in 1944 over Europe. We painted 8th AF and Army Air Corps patches
on the shoulders as part of this commission, making a stunning WWII
vintage jacket for wearing or display. |

'Veni Vidi Vici'' (right)- Another
wonderful WWII design that graced both the Bomber (401st BG) and
a leather jacket worn by a crew member. The jacket owner requested
we also include 8th AF and Army Air Corps patches painted on the
left and right shoulder.

| 'Liberty Belle', Flew on a B-17F with
the 544 BS, 385BG, 8th AF. She Looks just as lovely on this Cooper
A-2, in specialty leather paints and sealed with a sturdy varnish
for a long life. |

'Hooker' (right)- This old A-2
belongs to a retired Superior Court Judge who finds his free time
taken up with flying his RV 8. His paint job and call sign reflects
his past experience as a navy carrier pilot. Front left chest is
painted with his call sign and Woodstock Peanuts character.

while on tour in 1967. He commemorates the event in this humorous

from a black and white photo. Pilot Bill Clutterham (figure on bottom

both strength and speed into the famous P-51D. This P-51 Mustang
Design (right) created for a commercial pilot on his company flight
jacket embodies the power and beauty of this wonderful fighter of
WWII.

this jacket owner's 22-year career in the US Air Force, including
two tours in Vietnam delivering ordinance to aircraft such as the
F4 Phantom, time with military intelligence and later with the office
of Special Investigations. Miss B Havin, in his words, sums up his

You can provide your own jacket or Victory Girl can provide you
an original aviation A-2 or sheepskin-lined Navy G-1 flight jacket,
ordered to your size.
With hundreds of nose art images in stock or your own design, we
can create durable, wearable artwork you'll enjoy for years to come.
We'll discuss the kinds of artwork you're looking for and give
you several options (cartoon characters, black and white photo look,
Betty Boop,..etc) for images that suit your needs.
We'll then provide you a written estimate of the cost (usually
via email) and, with the jacket ordered to your size, (or your own
shipped here) we can begin work.
Jacket/denim artwork designs can take from 4-16 hours of labor
to complete, depending preparation and complexity of the design.
We'll pay for shipping from the jacket supplier, you pay for shipping
of your jacket.
All artwork is sealed in a clear, matte varnish to ensure waterproofing
and resistance to scratches and scuffs. We guarantee against chipping
or peeling. When you approve the final artwork, we process payment
and ship you your jacket, along with a free gift, compliments of
Victory-Girl.
